Luxury Loft Extension & Garden Office

This luxury loft extension in Kensington transformed an unused attic space into a stunning primary bedroom suite. The project carefully preserved the character of the period property while adding significant value and living space.

The design maximizes natural light with strategically placed skylights and large dormer windows. Custom-built storage solutions were integrated throughout to maximize the usable space.

The project included partial roof renovation to ensure structural integrity and energy efficiency, while a roof extension created additional space for a new multi-purpose room. New bathrooms were installed throughout, featuring premium fixtures including a walk-in rainfall shower, freestanding bathtub, and heated flooring.

A highlight of the project was the construction of a bespoke garden office suite, complete with its own toilet facilities. This standalone structure provides a quiet, professional workspace separated from the main house, finished to the same high standards with excellent insulation and connectivity infrastructure.
